Xu Liyi, Deputy Secretary of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the meeting. Tong Guili, member of the Standing Committee of Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Xiaoshan District Party Committee, delivered a speech on typical contents at the mobilization meeting. Lu Weiding was invited to participate in the meeting as an entrepreneur representative.
